How the assessment works
The Planaletix Intelligent Automation Readiness Assessment (IARA) is a structured diagnostic instrument designed to evaluate an organization's capability to identify, implement, govern and scale intelligent automation technologies — including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, intelligent document processing, process mining and hyperautomation — as a strategic and sustained organizational capability.
The assessment is grounded in the reality that most intelligent automation programmes in the GCC and globally fail not because the technology is inadequate, but because the organizational foundations — strategic alignment, process discipline, governance, change management and measurement rigour — are insufficient to sustain them. The IARA identifies these gaps before they become costly programme failures.

Frequently asked questions
What does the assessment cover?
Ten weighted dimensions: automation strategy, process discovery, technology architecture, data and AI/ML enablement, governance and CoE, change management, talent, security and compliance, operations and scalability, and value measurement — 100 structured questions in total.
How is the score calculated?
Each dimension is scored on a five-level maturity scale and weighted into an overall score. The Critical Threshold Rule caps the overall level when strategy, process discovery or governance fall below the minimum viable threshold.
What do we receive?
An executive summary with priorities, a maturity profile, per-dimension findings, sector and regional benchmarking, and a 6–12 month action plan with the top five priorities, a capability roadmap, governance and operating-model and resourcing recommendations, and use-case recommendations.
Who should take part?
The leaders accountable for automation — typically the COO, CIO or CTO, the Head of Automation or CoE, transformation, finance, HR and risk leadership.
